The Dark Night Intention Candle was created to be witness to our shadow side; the place where fears, grief, sorrow and anger reside that we may try to bury or ignore. These emotions can be such profound teachers if we take the time to observe and feel. Creating a candle ritual can hlep us mover through difficult times when used with other tools such as journaling, meditation, movement and invoking emotions we want to release into the light of the flame.

Soy wax candle infused with wild dried rose hips, gifted-to-me locally grown sweet grass, pure therapeutic essential oils of smoky vetivert and fennel seed, topped with 3 chips of black tourmaline to absorb negative energy and protection.
